Answer, decline or text back an incoming call
Incoming calls ring in the app like ordinary calls. You can pick up, decline, or decline and reply with a text.
Before you start
- Notifications allowed for Second Phone
- A number with an active subscription or coins
Steps
1See who is calling
The Incoming call screen shows the caller's name if they are in your contacts, otherwise their number.
2Accept
Tap the green button. The in-call screen opens with the timer and the mute, speaker and keypad controls.
3Decline
Tap the red button. The call ends for the caller and is listed under Recents → Missed.
4Reply with a text instead
Tap Respond with SMS. The call is declined and a conversation with the caller opens, so you can send a quick Can't talk, in a meeting.
Good to know
- With voicemail switched on, calls outside your business hours go straight to voicemail instead of ringing.
- Receiving a call uses coins on an extra number; the Pricing calculator shows the incoming rate.
- No ring? Check that notifications are allowed for Second Phone and that Do Not Disturb is off.
